Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate and current account information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify Daily North promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

Login credentials must not be shared.

The Service helps users build and track habits, set goals and maintain daily routines. Its features may include habit tracking, streak counting, reminders, scheduling, notes, journaling, mood or energy logging, progress insights and goal planning.

Daily North may add, improve, replace or discontinue features as the Service develops. Reasonable notice will be provided if a change materially reduces the main functionality of a paid subscription.

The Service is a personal productivity and wellness tool. Daily North is not acting as a medical professional, therapist, financial adviser, legal adviser or coach. Information provided through the Service is for general self-improvement purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

“User Content” means habits, routines, goals, notes, journal entries, reminders, progress data, photographs, files and other information submitted to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You give Daily North a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, display, transmit and back up User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service or comply with applicable law.

You confirm that you have the right to submit your User Content and that its collection, use and disclosure do not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

You should only enter information that is reasonably necessary and that you are legally permitted to use.

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or harm another person.
• Upload malware or other harmful material.
• Attempt to access an account or system without permission.
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
• Scrape or extract data through unauthorised automated methods.
• Disrupt the availability, security or operation of the Service.
• Store passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary highly sensitive information.
• Copy, reverse engineer or use the Service to develop a competing product, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Daily North may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users or other people.

Some features may require a paid subscription. The applicable price, billing period and included features will be displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Daily North does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

If a subscription renews automatically, you authorise recurring charges at the billing interval disclosed at the time of purchase. You may cancel through your account settings. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid features will continue until that period ends.

Refunds are subject to the refund terms presented at purchase and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

Subscription prices may change after reasonable advance notice. A price change will normally apply from the next renewal period.

The Service may connect to third-party services, including payment processors, calendar providers and storage providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Daily North does not control or guarantee their availability, content, security or performance.

The appearance of a link within the Service does not constitute an endorsement, warranty or guarantee.

The Service, including its software, branding, interface, templates, design and original content, is owned by or licensed to Daily North and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Daily North aims to provide a reliable and secure Service but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security incidents, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You should retain independent copies of essential records. The Service should not be the only location where critical information is stored.

You may close your account through your account settings.

Daily North may suspend or close an account if these Terms are materially or repeatedly breached, subscription payments remain overdue, continued access creates a legal or security risk, or closure is required by law.

Where reasonable, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided before access is withdrawn.

You should export any information you wish to retain before closing your account. Following closure, information may remain temporarily in secure backups or be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Daily North does not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time, calculations will always be error-free or use of the Service will produce a particular habit or wellness outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily North will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, opportunity, savings, goodwill or anticipated benefits.

The total liability of Daily North arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Daily North is legally registered, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute directly.

Daily North may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, business practices or applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated through the Service, by email or through another reasonable method. Renewed acceptance will be requested where required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
